How orders are made

Prints are produced to order by a professional print studio I work with, then shipped directly to you. Nothing sits in a warehouse. Each piece is printed when you order it. That's what keeps the quality high and the editions honest.

Production and shipping time

Because each print is made to order, allow:

  • Production: [2–5] business days

  • Shipping: [3–7] business days after production, depending on where you are

So most domestic orders arrive within [1–2 weeks] of ordering. You'll get tracking by email as soon as your print leaves the studio.

Busy periods and holidays can add time. If something is running long, I'll email you.

Books and other items

[If she ships books herself, keep this:] Books and [other items] ship from me directly and usually go out within [3–5] business days. If your order includes both a print and a book, they may arrive separately and at different times, so no need to worry if one shows up first.

Shipping costs

Calculated at checkout based on your address and what's in your order.

How prints are packed

Prints ship [flat in a rigid mailer / rolled in a protective tube] with backing board. The print studio packs to archival standards.

Wrong address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Once an order is in production I usually can't change it. If a package comes back because the address was incorrect or incomplete, I can reship once you cover the return postage.

Lost or delayed packages

If tracking says delivered and it isn't there, check with neighbors and your local post office first, since it usually surfaces within a day or two. If it doesn't, email me and I'll chase it with the studio.

International orders

[I ship internationally. Where possible, prints are produced at a studio in or near your region, which usually means faster delivery and fewer customs headaches.

Any customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees charged by your country are your responsibility. These are set by your government, and I have no way to predict or reduce them.

Returns

Every print is made to order, specifically for you. Because nothing is produced in advance, I don't accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

Please look closely at the images, dimensions, and paper details before ordering. If you're unsure about size, color, or finish, email me first. I'd genuinely rather answer a question than have you end up with something that isn't right.

Damaged or defective

If your order arrives damaged, or there's a problem with the print itself, I'll make it right.

Email me at bethsaidajake@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery with:

  • your order number

  • a photo of the print showing the problem

  • a photo of the packaging it arrived in

I'll arrange a reprint, or refund you in full if you'd rather. In most cases you won't need to send anything back, and I'll confirm either way when we sort it out.

The packaging photo matters more than it sounds: it tells the studio whether the damage happened in transit or in production, which is what gets it fixed properly.

Wrong item

If you received the wrong print or size, that's on me to fix. Email me and I'll get the right one out to you at no cost.

Custom and commissioned work

Commissioned work is made specifically for you and isn't returnable or refundable. Commission terms are agreed separately before any work begins.

Cancellations

Email me as soon as you can. I can cancel and refund any order that hasn't gone into production yet. Once printing has started, the damage and defect policy above applies.
